"Thanks for the truth. I avoided $8.00 per night in extra fees on hotels.com, and found a lower rate on your site. Keep up the honest work!"
Jan M. Madison, CT
"I just used your on-line booking to obtain a government rate for the U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota at a hotel where they could not give me that same rate over the phone. This is almost too good to be true, but it certainly made my day. "
Jean, Minneapolis, MN

Dallas is a leading financial and commercial attraction center and the eighth largest city in the country. Among other things, it is famous for oil, the Dallas Cowboys, restaraunts, and shopping.

Dallas historically, a railroad center, though by 1900 it was home of one of the world’s largest inland cotton markets. The discovery of oil in the area in 1930 generated a new level of affluence and a number of millionaires in the community. The continued economic growth is reflected in today’s city skyline, where the largest buildings are concentrated in One Dallas Center, the Plaza of the Americas and the Reunion complex. The city’s outstanding architecture includes the City Hall designed by I.M. Pei and the fashionable suburb of Highland Park designed by William D. Cook, the designer of Beverly Hills.

Dallas has more than 630 shopping centers, the most retail space per capita of any American city. The most famous is the Dallas Galleria, located at the intersection of the LBJ Freeway and the Dallas Parkway, which includes over 160 stores, such as Macy’s, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue, as well as an ice skating rink and restaraunts.

Those interested in the Dallas Cowboys must travel to nearby Irving where Texas Stadium is located. Guided tours and information are available of the 63,000-seat stadium.
